Fx30 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and fx30, an online entertainment platform operating under the domain fx30.ws. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the fx30 platform, you automatically acknowledge that you have fully read and understood this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.

The fx30 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are Malaysian citizens or permanent residents legally eligible to participate in online betting and entertainment activities. fx30 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any user at any time without prior notice. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without compensation.

Fx30 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms at any time at the absolute discretion of management. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the fx30 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual, or using another person's information during registration, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are required to keep your fx30 account password and login credentials confidential at all times. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the fx30 support team immediately at [email protected].

Fx30 uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your account data during transmission. However, account security also depends on the user's own security practices, including the use of strong passwords and not sharing login credentials with others. fx30 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their own account.

Fx30 users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their region or state. The fx30 platform is designed for the Malaysian market, and users outside the relevant jurisdiction are responsible for complying with their own local regulations. fx30 makes no representation that the platform's content or services are lawful or suitable for use outside Malaysia.

Users are prohibited from using the fx30 platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any activity that could compromise the security of the system or other users. Any attempt to hack, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use bots or automated software to manipulate games is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Users are also responsible for playing responsibly and staying within their own set limits. fx30 provides self-management tools such as deposit limits and temporary break options to help users stay in control. All games available on the fx30 platform must be played in accordance with the rules and procedures set by the system. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or abuse promotions and bonuses is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings and balances. fx30's decisions on all matters related to gameplay are final and binding.

Users are prohibited from selling, transferring, or renting their account to any other party. Each account is the personal property of the registered user and may not be used by anyone other than the legitimate account holder. fx30 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any account suspected of unauthorised use or involvement in unlawful activity.

Users are also prohibited from using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful language in any communications with the fx30 support team or related community platforms. fx30 reserves the right to terminate services to any user who violates these conduct rules without notice and without any refund.

All financial transactions on the fx30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before making any deposit. fx30 is not liable for any additional charges or fees imposed by the user's bank or any third-party payment service provider.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by fx30 in accordance with current policy, subject to successful identity verification. fx30 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal suspected to be connected to fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity until an investigation has been completed. All deposits made into the platform are non-reversible once a transaction has been confirmed.

Bonuses and promotions offered by fx30 are subject to wagering requirements and individual withdrawal limits as stated in the respective promotion terms. Users are advised to read the conditions of each promotion carefully before accepting any offer. fx30 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of the applicable promotion terms.

The fx30 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and fx30 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform at any time. Technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond fx30's control may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible. fx30 is not liable for any losses incurred by users as a result of such disruptions.

Under no circumstances shall fx30's total liability to any user exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim. fx30 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if fx30 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Users acknowledge that Sports Betting and casino games carry real financial risk, and the decision to play is entirely at the user's own discretion. fx30 is not liable for any financial outcomes arising from gaming activity on the platform. Users are advised to wager only what they can afford to lose.

Fx30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses and promotions. fx30's decision regarding account closure is final.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the fx30 support team at [email protected]. Any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user upon completion of the identity verification process and subject to no outstanding breaches of terms. The balance refund process may take up to 14 business days depending on the payment method used.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee or closure at fx30's discretion. Users will be notified via their registered email before any fee is charged or closure action is taken. fx30 recommends that users log in periodically to avoid their accounts being classified as inactive.

All content on the fx30 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, interface designs, text, software, databases, and source code — is the exclusive property of fx30 or its respective licensors. Any use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of such content without written authorisation from fx30 is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal legal action.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the fx30 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over the platform's content or technology. Any commercial use of platform content without fx30's authorisation constitutes a serious violation of intellectual property rights.

The fx30 platform may contain references or links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. The presence of such links does not imply that fx30 endorses, verifies, or takes responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users who access third-party websites do so entirely at their own risk.

Fx30 has no control over the content or services provided by third parties and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of such services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before providing any personal information. Any transactions conducted with third parties are solely the user's responsibility.

Fx30 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to users. Any changes made will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version of the Terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any claims or disputes relating to the fx30 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute concerning these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and fx30 regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements relating thereto.
